Completed in 1918, this Historical Downtown Los Angeles Theater was the first movie house built by legendary showman Sid Grauman who would later go on to open and manage the Egyptian and Chinese Theatres. Over the years the theater welcomed some of the greatest performers in entertainment history and carries the tradition today through special events, film screenings, live performances and panels.
