Avalon Hollywood’s historic building has always been at the center of Hollywood's live entertainment and nightlife evolution. Since it first opened it doors in the 1920s, it has hosted the likes of Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, The Beatles' first West Coast gig, Duran Duran, Madonna, Prince, The Rolling Stones, Nirvana and The Beasties Boys to name a few.

In order to continue this long lasting legacy in the Los Angeles events and nightlife scene, highly skilled craftsmen worked around the clock in late 2014 on the meticulous restoration and dramatic upgrade of this 1927 Hollywood Landmark. Without compromising the Spanish Colonial architecture of this historic space, Avalon continues to evolve and upholds the distinction of the most prestigious venue in Los Angeles for live performances and events.

Q: Am I allowed to bring outside catering?
A: Yes! We can source options for you or you can bring in your own as long as the vendor is licensed and insured. All vendors need to be approved by the venue management team.

Q: Is the audio and video equipment included in the rental fee?
A: Yes, we can include all of our existing audio, video and lighting technology in your venue rental fee. We can share our full inventory with you and help you choose the best design for your upcoming corporate event or social event in Los Angeles.

Q: Do you have a kitchen available for my caterer to use on site?
A: Yes, we have an existing kitchen on site. Your preferred caterer can use it but cleaning fees may apply depending on the size of the production and which kitchen equipment is used.
