Formerly the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, our venue pays homage to its rich and opulent Art Deco past. After nearly two years of delicate renovations and retrofitting, Exchange LA opened as a vibrant venue that not only functions as a nightclub, but also as an event space for award shows, premiere parties, corporate events, fashion shows, film shoots and charity galas.
This historic gem from the 1930s is reimagined as a sprawling four story venue that accommodates up to 1,250 guests. Featuring multiple rooms, seven full service bars, state of the art lighting, sound, and a colossal LED screen display, our ornate venue sits in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ booming art and entertainment scene.

With 50 Intelligent moving head lights and over 90 LED fixtures illuminating the space, every corner radiates with energy and vibrancy. For those seeking a touch of exclusivity, our two VIP Rooms, available for individual booking, provide a luxurious retreat. The stage setup is equally impressive, offering three versatile options to suit any performance or presentation. Convenience is key, with valet parking ensuring a seamless arrival experience. Thirsty? Enjoy a selection of beverages from seven full-service bars strategically placed throughout the venue. PRODUCTION SPECS
Our Main floor features a 30ft x 40ft LED screen with over 1.5 million pixels for customizable video projection and 50 Intelligent moving head lights with more than 90 LED fixtures. Our Main PA is by Funktion One Sound, a ground stack quadraphonic setup featuring 8-EV06 Tops and 8-F221 Subs. Additional sound reinforcement supplied by 8 JBL Vertec 4888’s flown on motors for adjustable trim. Our on-site technical production team is present to assist you in the planning stages as well as on event day.

Q: Am I allowed to bring outside catering?
A: Yes! We can source options for you or you can bring in your own as long as the vendor is licensed and insured. All vendors need to be approved by the venue management team.
Q: Is the audio and video equipment included in the rental fee?
A: Yes, we can include all of our existing audio, video and lighting technology in your venue rental fee. We can share our full inventory with you and help you choose the best design for your upcoming corporate event or social event in Los Angeles.
Q: Do your provide cash bar and bottle service for special events?
A: Yes, our experience nightlife team can provide excellent bar service and cash bar and bottle service can be offered to our special event clients.
